Modeling and Computation in Vibration Problems, Volume 2: Soft computing and uncertainty

Vibration problems are commonly encountered in a wide range of scientific and technological domains.

Covering the most recent computational and theoretical trends in the field, these books provide a state-of-the-art treatment of different mathematical theories of vibration, numerical simulations, machine intelligence techniques and physical experiments with computational investigations, as well as their various engineering, biological and science applications. The second of two volumes, this book covers soft computing, including machine intelligence techniques and uncertainty scenarios.

It is an invaluable guide for graduate and postgraduate students, teachers and researchers in colleges, universities and industries in fields such as applied mathematics, physics, mechanical, civil, aerospace, electrical, nuclear, robotics, and other sciences.
