Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: September 3, 2026

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and its amendment, the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). This page sets those rights out as a note, states what Froxeo does with personal information, and shows how to file an opt-out request, although nothing here is sold or shared for anyone to opt out of.

Your Rights Under CCPA

A California resident may: learn what a business keeps on them, item by item, and the uses it is put to; have an error corrected; have the records erased; take a copy away; tell the business to stop any sale or sharing of it; and limit how sensitive personal information gets used.
Cost of asking: none, and no penalty of any kind.
Sensitive personal information at Froxeo: none is collected in the Act's sense of the term, so the final right has no object here.

What Does "Selling Information" Mean?

A sale, in the Act: personal information going to another business, with money or some other benefit coming back.
Sharing, in the Act: passing it over so it can feed cross-context behavioral advertising, with or without payment.
Froxeo's position: neither one happens.
The three destinations that do exist: Stripe or PayPal, so a payment can be taken; the wholesaler, the warehouse partner and USPS, so the book can reach the door; a court or public authority, where the law demands it. All three are service providers as the Act defines them, or disclosures the law compels, and not one of them is a sale, a sharing, or an advertisement.

Opt-Out Request for Personal Information Sharing

The switch: there is none to flip, and no "Do Not Sell" button, because nothing is sold or shared.
A request anyway: welcome, and logged the day it lands. Email contact@froxeo.com, subject line "Opt-out request", from the address used with the shop, or send the same words through the Contact page form.
Through an agent: allowed, with the resident's signed written permission.
If Froxeo ever changed course: the rewrite would come first, here and in the Privacy Policy, before any selling or sharing started, and every request on file would be honored from that first day.

Verification Process and Response Time

Receipt confirmed: within 1 business day.
Opt-out request: no verification beyond a matching email address; done inside 15 business days.
Seeing, fixing or erasing records: matched against the order history or the account, with one follow-up question where details differ; finished inside 45 days of the request arriving.
A complex request: up to 45 days more, with notice before the first 45 end.

Right to Non-Discrimination

After a request: the price of a book, the shipping fee, the return window and the speed of a reply stay exactly what they were.
In exchange for personal information: no discount and no other incentive is offered.

Important Notes

Under 16: Froxeo knowingly sells or shares nothing about anyone under 16, and since it sells or shares nothing about anyone, the rule has never been put to the test.
Under 13: none is collected at all.
Global Privacy Control: the browser signal is not read by this site at present; there is no sale or sharing for it to switch off, and a written request, emailed or sent through the form, is how an opt-out gets logged.
Review: each look at the Privacy Policy brings a look at this page, and the date at the head of this page changes with it.
