Thirteen things readers ask before ordering. Each is answered as a note, with the number that applies and a link to the page that holds the full rule, and every figure here matches the one there.
Delivery takes four to eight business days
Clock starts: the day of the order when it lands on a weekday by 3:00 PM Eastern; otherwise the next business day.
Handling: 1 to 2 business days. Transit by USPS: 3 to 6. Together: 4 to 8. Saturdays, Sundays and US federal holidays are left out.

Shipping costs $4.49 until the cart reaches $32, then nothing
The fee: one $4.49 per order, not per book.
The line: $32.00 of books, measured after a discount code and ahead of sales tax. Three titles from the shelves get there nineteen times in twenty; a single title never does.

Packages go to every state and to PO Boxes, and nowhere abroad
Yes: all fifty states plus Washington, DC, at the same price. Alaska and Hawaii included. PO Boxes too, since USPS delivers to them.
No: military mail (APO, FPO, DPO), the US territories, and addresses outside the United States.

New York addresses see a tax line, and every other state sees none
Inside New York State: a New York sales tax line appears before the order button, on the books only.
Anywhere else: no tax line at all, since the company is registered in New York and in no other state.

Every book is new and bought through US wholesalers
Stock at Froxeo: none. Each order is filled with a fresh copy, bought from the US book wholesalers that stock ordinary bookshops and boxed by a distribution partner's warehouse on American soil.
The Cheektowaga address: the registered office, which doubles as the returns address, with no book living there.

A book can come back within thirty days of delivery
The window: 30 days, and the count starts the day USPS scans the package as delivered.
The route: a return authorization by email comes first; then the book goes to Cheektowaga unread, unmarked, dust jacket on.
Restocking fee: there is none, whatever the reason. Full route in the Refund and Returns Policy.
Return postage follows the reason
Change of mind, or a title that was not the one wanted: postage back is on you, and the $4.49 outbound fee stays with the shop.
A damaged copy, a wrong title, a book that fails its own listing: a prepaid USPS label comes from Froxeo, and the refund covers the book and the shipping both.

Damage, a wrong title, or a wrong listing gets fourteen days and two photographs
Deadline: 14 days, counted from delivery.
What to send: the order number, one picture of the fault, one of the box.
Then choose: a replacement copy or the money back. The damaged book usually stays where it is.

A missing package gets two days, a silent one gets five, and then a trace
Marked delivered, nothing there: ask family and the mailroom, give it 2 days, then email and a USPS trace opens.
Tracking silent for 5 business days: email and the trace opens that day.
Confirmed lost by USPS: a new copy, or every dollar back. Both clocks are on the Track order page and in the Shipping Policy.
Cancelling or changing an order is a same-day matter
Same day, before 11:59 PM Eastern: an email quoting the order number can cancel the order, fix the address, or change the title, and a cancelled order gets its money back that business day.
From the next morning: the wholesaler already has the order, so the route is a return. See the Refund and Returns Policy.
Cards and PayPal pay, and refunds return the same way
Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover, plus Apple Pay or Google Pay where a device offers them. PayPal: the rest.
The total: on the screen before the order button, with shipping and any New York sales tax already inside it. Nothing is added after.
Refunds: return to the paying card or PayPal account, sent within 3 business days once approved; the bank's posting follows, 3 to 10 business days later. See the Payment Policy.
